The pandemic, which has affected people the world over, has also affected us at Femme First Foundation. We have been facing a challenging time due to scarcity of funds. While the programs we offer on women's leadership in India has expanded, we have not been able to get philanthropic support in the last one year due to COVID-19. To continue our programs and activities uninterrupted, we need your support.

Our vision is of a world where leaders are truly representative of the people they lead. To groom women's leadership is our main agenda and we have been working towards it since 2019. Some of our flagship programs by our Leadership Institute are:

1) We recently launched India's first fellowship for women in politics — Women in Government Fellowship — which is a six-month program focused on capacity-building, training, and mentoring of women in politics.

2) We are currently running the fifth cohort of our popular Gendered Leadership Course, which educates and informs how gender practices play out in everyday life, the history and waves of feminism, intersectionality, mainstreaming gender in policy-making, and gender in leadership. 

In order to make our programs accessible to participants from marginalised groups, we offer generous scholarships (upto 100%) on a 'needs' basis.
